Noen som vet om firmaer i europa som gjør konvertering til subaru motor?
finner bare firmaer i statene.

TSR dragracers nord for cambridge i england gjor det. Subaru legacy 2.2l, 136 hester. Koster ca 3600 pund med VAT og kort oil sump.

I have a tsr dragracers motor.. Its godkjent fra biltysn in oslo..
Godkjent to 136hk..

Ps syncros are scarey at 150 kmph.. haha

Volvo Penta produserer jo marinemotorer. Vet ikke hvor store likhetene mellom "vanlig" Volvo og Volvo Penta er, men det er logisk å tro at de ikke er for store, og at "vanlig" Volvo skulle gå greit inn i en båt med deler fra Volvo Penta...

You wont be sorry!!
Quite funny giving audi's and bmw's a shock as you go past them in a bread box!!
Im lead to believe if you have the 2wd 5 speed you can get 180 kmh without tuning the motor.. Definatly worth the money.. No problem at biltysn .. just couldnt stop them all test driving it haha.....

how much did the job cost in uk, and what kind of paper did "biltilsynet" need to approve it?

The job cost round 3000 pounds but I had the smaller oil sump made up and fitted.. The job was total cost which included adapter plate new clutch etc etc, Just dropped it off and picked it up finished..
Biltysn was no problem just had to pay a fortune in tax!! Get a seperate bill..!! I had an all inclusive bill and had to pay tax on parts , mechanics time , bensin etc etc.. So if you have it done just get an itemised bill for the parts not labour!!!
I took it to Biltysn and it was no problem... No need to change the brakes or anything like that.. Mine is actually 145 bhp but its registered as 136 as that was the closest the found in germany , Now I have the subaru motor registered on the vogonkort... and the insurance didnt go up!!!!!!!
