T3 syncro versus newer?

HI,
Does anyone know if the t3 syncro is better than a multivan t5 four motion? / syncro or has anyone seen a rasied t4/t5?
Thinking of selling the t3 but worried I may miss the offroad capability...

Offroad=T3.
Onroad/partime bad roads=T4/5.

I would not take my T4 on a verry bad road or offroad.there is no cover under the car,so you will easely destroy exaust or ekstra heater.

Will stick with the t3 then!! Though parts are getting harder to find and verksteds are getting less and less intrested!
